There is an interesting connection between leisure and the use of disposable products. In many ways, leisure and entertainment activities consume big amounts of disposable products. I explored this area with two ideas. The first one, golf tees, are a drop in the pool of environmental harm from a golf course. They are left in the ground and damage lawnmowers’ blades. Manufacturing a sugar golf tee was a big technical challenge because of their thin stem, which was not suitable for my first sugar recipes. |
