By analysing different targets’ manufacturing cycles, we understand the potential of this material, and that of a system based in renewable and biodegradable materials. For the sake of comparison we will asume for both cases that every process is performed as sustainably as possible, and that transportation, packaging and distribution are the same. In the case of the sugar target’s production system, the main environmental impact results from the fuel use during sugar production.
